Mehmet AYDIN

Aydın was born in Sapanlı in 1967. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics. He served as the Chief Controller of Local Administrations at the Ministry of Interior, Consultant to the Minister of Finance, and Vice President of the Public Procurement Authority. He was also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors at the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye, the General Director of the Turkish Maritime Organization, and a member of the Board of Directors at Türkiye Şeker Fabrikaları A.Ş. and Sümer Holding. 

While working as the Consultant of the Public Procurement Agency, Mehmet Aydın was appointed to Councillorship of the Public Procurement Agency with the Presidential Appointment Decree promulgated in the Official Gazette dated 05/11/2024 and numbered 32543, and he has been a member of the Supervisory Board at Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. since August 2, 2023.
