Celal CANDAN

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - Credit Risk Monitoring and Legal Proceedings

Born in Konya in 1970, Celal Candan worked as a self-employed lawyer after graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law.Later, he served as the Manager of Vakıfbank Anatolian Side Legal Affairs, a Board Member of Halk Leasing, a Board Member of Halk Emeklilik, and the Head of Halkbank Credit Risk Liquidation Department. Since September 22, 2020, Candan has been working as the acting Deputy General Manager of Halkbank Credit Risk Monitoring and Legal Proceedings. He is married with three children.
