İlhan BÖLÜKBAŞ

İlhan Bölükbaş was born in 1971. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration. Having embarked on his career as an Assistant Financial Analyst at Vakıfbank, Bölükbaş then served as an Assistant Inspector, Inspector, Manager, Department Manager and Group Manager at ING Bank A.Ş. and ICBC Bank. Between 2014 and 2016, he worked as the Deputy General Manager at Ziraat Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. and served as the Department Manager at Ziraat Katılım Bankası A.Ş. from 2016 until 2017. Having served as the Department Head and then the Deputy General Manager in charge of Credit Allocation and Management at Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. since 2017, Bölükbaş has been working as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Loan Policies, Monitoring and Specialized Loans since August 5, 2024.
