In order to improve your experience and use Halkbank Mobile application (referred to as the "Mobile Application") more comfortably, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data and other information, and the permissions we collect through the Mobile Application.

Personal data of Mobile Application users are collected within the framework of our Bank's "Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy". Personal data such as location, personal photo or image, etc. collected for legal reasons or business requirements are processed within the scope of the conditions determined by our Bank's "Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy". In case of working with different organizations to obtain support services, the Bank will ensure that these companies comply with the bank's confidentiality standards and requirements.

We care about the safe use of our bank's applications. Therefore you can safely perform your banking transactions thanks to malware detection applications that we integrate with our Mobile application in order to ensure your security.

Some functions in our Mobile Application require some permissions from you to access various information so that you can use our application smoothly.

With the permission that you gave, the personal data received from your mobile device and the purposes for which the data are collected are given below:

·    Location service: Required to view ATM, Branch screen and deals near you

·    Phone identity: It is necessary for us to determine which mobile device is experiencing a problem in general failures.

·    Photos: Required to add profile photo from gallery.

·    Direct call: Required to be able to call the call center directly through the application.

Other:

Access to network and WiFi connections: Required so that you can connect to the Internet.

Near Field Communication (NFC): Required for NFC transactions used in mobile payment.

Preventing the phone from going to sleep: Required for the mobile payment function to work.
